I was extremely dissatisfied with priceline on a number of levels. I originally booked a 2 room reservation for the Holiday Inn Soho in NYC, though upon arival the clerk said only 1 room was reserved. Of course this made no sense since we were a party of 6, 2 adults and 4 children. They only had a room with a King bed, obviously unable to accommodate out group. They did have 2 Kings available, but of course would only honor the priceline rate for 1 room, that was not acceptable.
