I was charged $59.95 for Acai Berry which I did not authorize. Thank God for Capital One. they called me yesterday to ask if this was an authorized purchase. When I called the California toll free number (listed on my credit card charge), I was caller number 83. I hung up. Tonight I have been on hold now for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I was caller number 23 at 7:30 p.m.; then #18 (with an automatic response that the wait was 15 minutes); at 8:35 I was caller #13 (2 minute wait); 8:45 caller #10 goes to 29 minutes; at 9:12 p.m., I am now caller #9... read full review »
