This is a follow up to a complaint I registered earlier. Seach for Barnes and Noble -- Online. As I mentioned earlier I downloaded the EReader and purchased several Ebooks. Two of those were corrupted books and could not be read. I forwarded emails to customer service through their website. After three days, I finally received a reply only to be told that they couldn't resolve it by email and I needed to call.
