I never before in my life wrote complaints in internet, so this will be my first time. Because this awful company charged me 364 dollars to my credit card, didn't collect the items the day I booked and then they tried to collect it when I was absent (without my authorization), a few days later!! I had to pay another courier to ship my stuff to U.S. and they refuse to refund me, they look like scamers. Very suspicious, shady attitude.
