On 9th Dec I had purchased a Tata indicom photon whiz wireless broadband connection in Ranchi (Jharkhand). Since then it is not working. I had made complain many times in the customer cell and also directly going to the office but all in vain. I was xpecting with so many more substitute in the market now the players will give more better service but... even once a engineer came but he himself confuses.
