sir, i am using reliance smart prepaid connection from last 4 year. last month find a friend option activated automatically and charges for that service deducted from my account. i have complined about that to costomer care but they refused to refund the money.This month the subscription extended and rs49.00 deducted from my balance.This time also i informed costomer care about that.But nagetive result.kindly investgate the matter and arrange to refund my money for which i shall be greate ful to you. read full review »
