I ordered popular science back in the beginning September, it took them till November 20th to get my first issue, even though they said it would be there way before that. Come December, no issue! I call (after looking for about 45 minutes on the internet for the number, cause it's not on there page) January 6th, they have no record of me and can't help me, after making them look up every Dave in the area, my name is wrong and don't know where my issue is.
