I live in London and I signed up for a tooth whitening product trial online via adverts on facebook which cost only a one off payment of £5. Instead I had £2.95, £7.35 and £30.21 all taken out on the same day by various associate companys (beutyclub, wellbhealth, Glorioussmiles). So I e-mailed and phoned them to tell them to cancel my account and that I would be returning their product in order to get a refund which I did but they did'nt refund me as they said they would.
