An amount of euro 60, 00 was unauthorized deducted on January 2, 2010 from my credit card and also for delivering nothing, because my old emailadres chris.pronk@ home.nl and my home computersystem are are disconnected from the internet and power and therefor not functioning anymore for almost six months.
