Our group of 14 passengers (including 8 kids, 2 infants) was due to fly out of Miami to Philly on flight 1184 7:15 pm. ..we arrived before 5 and as we unloaded our bags on the curb, we were told by the baggage hanlder that the flight had been cancelled...after hours on line, the US Air rep told us this was an "operational cancellation"..this WAS NOT weather related, etc...we were told to "mentally prepare ourselves" and that we would not be getting out of Florida until at least Monday night, 1/4.
