I bought a Sony W595i on contract from Orange. During guarantee it failed to work and I sent it to Sony for repair. Sony could not repair it and sent me a reconditioned phone. This worked for one day and I sent it back, to be told that the LCD was broken and it was not under guarantee. I am trying to tell them that this is not my phone and it must have already been broken. They will not have it and want £50 to repair - I am paying contract for another 9 months with a broken phone! read full review »
