I ordered Co-co Madamoiselle on 27/11/09. It did not arrive. I emailed, telephoned, all to no joy. The lady on the phone in very non-caring and clearly doesn't work for them - plus she knows nothing about the company and how it works. I complained to Radi direct via email, he told me (via email) that a refund has been made. He told me this on 21/12/09. The email he sent stated that it would take 3-5 business days for the money to be back on the card - and you guessed it - nothing ever arrived!
