We used Allorenta (aka. Paris Sweet Home) to get an apartment a 2 week stay. To make a long story short, the first appartment we booked was not available after we booked it, so we had to book another right before we arrived. In the confusion, we wound up having to pay the appartment owner as well as Allorenta the same agancy fee (about 250 Euros) with a promise that we would get that back upon leaving. Allorenta requires payment via a bank transfer to a Swiss bank account. But they have no phone number to store front in France. In... read full review »
