Buying an electronic item from online store. I thought in India it has started (buying online) but it seems the processes in place for online shops are still in nascent stages. I have been buying books from Indiaplaza and was satisfied with their service. But first time I bought an electronic item, the website shows 12 working days for the product. I asked customer care if there is any expedite shipping they said no. I told them I need the product earlier than 12 days they said they will try but cannot ensure.
