The Instyler Hair Curling Iron/Straightening Iron DOES NOT WORK!!! I ordered the 2 at $14.99 for a 30-day trial, which I did not realize that it was a trial. When I started seeing money taken from my account, I called, couldn't get through. Now, to date, they have taken $182.86 from my checking account and I finally got through today and they absolutely refuse to refund my money because the "trial" is over and I said I have only used the product one time because it DOES NOT WORK, they still refuse. They need to be reported to the BBB. The company is a complete rip-off! I honestly feel like suing them. read full review »
