I too have had a problem with the company that sells Acai berry. I ordered the free trial in August of 2009 did not receive anything until November to my surprise, for I thought when I placed the order on the internet it just didn't go through so I said forget it I don't have the money anyhow besides the fact that I was annoyed that I didn't receive it in a timely manner.
