On Jan 7, 2010, I had a problem starting my car. I called the CAA to take my car to Canadian tier, they told me that the alternator is broke. I did change it and the battery on Jul 2., 2009 in their shop and did cost me about $1000. They forced me to pay about $300 for labor when I checked the invoice I found out they charge for the alteration too. The problem occurred on Jan 8, 2010.
