Several months ago I noticed an unauthorized charge on my account from Blockbuster.com - I am a library user. Why would I RENT movies when I can get them for FREE at my library? I have never been a customer with them, and don't plan to. So I disputed the charges, and got a refund. To be safe, I also got a new debit card, in case my number had been phished.
