That on 30-06-2009, I lost my Nokio N-70 Black Colour, April-2007 modal, vide its IMIE No:- 351863018792545, inbetween Srikakulam to Ichpuram within the State o Andhra Pradesh, India. It is submitted that prior to missing of my above mobile handset, I have received the last phone call from 9440028636 from Ichapuram.
