I recharged my connection no- 00919831159819 for INR.333.00 on 07/12/2009 while I was on domestic roaming at Ranchi, India but immediately INR.96.00 was deducted. On enquiry, it was informed to me that the amount was deducted for the activation of International Roaming though no request was made either by me or any member of my family.
