I had returned the tea sent to me sometimes October/november 2008 but I continue to receive my Visa card statement with RBC showing the web access charge of US$4.95 and membership charge of US$9.95 which I did not authorise. As I am currently living in Singapore, I am unable to contact Web Access & WuYi membership toll free number 1800 2819006 & 1800 9895907.
