I read their web page and it 'looked' legitimate. I was to only be charged a small fee of $1.95 to access their site and look for grant information. The site I was allowed to access was for contractors and had nothing of intrest or use to me. I was lead to believe they had grant information for personal and small business use. I was later charged, within a few minutes, a fee over $40.00. I called to find out about the charges, and asked for a refund.
