This is what I think about The Cat Doctor: they don't care about their patients and customers, are incompetent and should have their license revoked. The owner is a real cold-hearted woman who showed her true colors after the death of my beloved pet, referring to her as "the cat" after she DIED, right to my face, when previously, she always referred to her by name.
