Redbox is a ripoff and pratices shady business. I reserved a couple of movie on their website on NewYears Eve. When my Husband went to pick the movies up the machine refused my credit card stating that it was not the card on record. I knew this wasn't true but didn't worry about it since the box didn't release the movise. We later received a free rental code via email apologizing for some boxes being full.
