I updated my phone with this company on the 11th Dec. I have used this company for many years and have always renewed my contract with them. I dealt with a young lady who advised me to change over to Orange instead of O2 and also advised me to choose the Samsung Omnia handset. She at no time told me there was a no returns policy. They signed me up to a contract using their buy out scheme which basically buys you out of your old contract so a new one can start, they gave me £70 and told me this would pay off O2.
