There is water leakage when machine drains out water. The drain pipe is cracked at many places hence leakage takes place and water flows out on the ground.The service centre (local in Roorkee) say that they are not able to arrange fresh drain pipe and machine is lying idle for the last one month and a lot of money is being spent in repeated phone calls.Please send a drain pipe soon so that atleast we can use machine during peak winters in Roorkee.
