Bought the unit online from Houeseneeds.com. Installed the unit and it doesn't work. Contacted HouseNeeds to be advised unit is not returnable because it had been installed (like I'm suposed to know it's dead by looking at the box??) Was advised to phone the service line but live in a remote area with no phone service. So I emailed a help request form found at Boschhotwater.com, 4 times...no reply to date (2 weeks) DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM BOSCH OR HOUSENEEDS...THEY WILL SELL YOU JUNK AND CUT YOU LOOSE TO FEND FOR YOURSELF!!! read full review »
