I'm really unhappy with petsmart's 'new' way of processing returns. Instead of using online computer methods to expeditate the transactions, they have reverted back to the archaic mehod of paper processing as a 'security' measure for their clients. On Jan 6, i returned a heater. at the time, i was told that it would take a couple of days before i would see the credit posted on my account. It is now Jan 10 and still no sign of my refund.
