On the 9th January I went into the Burger King on Queen St in Cardiff, I queued up and ordered a vegetarian burger and handed the cashier the money. He said it would be a few minutes so I went and waited at the side, twenty minutes later my burger still hadn't been given to me so I went up and asked where it was. Their response was to deny that I had ever ordered a vegetarian burger, the manager came over and backed up his staff who were lying and said that I wouldn't be getting one!
