We purchased an upgraded time share in Mexico almost 3 years ago. We are still registered as owners of this property even though we signed the necessary documents to have the transfer completed. Holiday Transfer sends out a notice just prior to Maintenance fees being due and doesn't leave the owners very much time to follow up. Owners are then responsible for payment of the fees plus any additonal fees that have been accumlated becuase payment is late. This has gone on for 3 years.
