I ordered a magazine but decided to cancel. I followed the instructions on the back of the reciept to cancel. I couldnt reach anyone by phone so I faxed the cancellation over with all of my information as was instructed and it is 5mo later and still no refund. I can not reach the company by phone and now can not leave a message because their mailbox is always full. I wonder why? I feel violated and ripped off in the biggest sense of the word. I am not going to forget about this and the next time young adults come to my door selling magazine... read full review »
