On my anniversary this year I spent almost $3600 on a Samsung top of the line washer and dryer with the bins and extended warranty. The washer was delivered with scratches and the dryer had no drying tray. I signed the delivery slip stating the problems...the delivery guy said that Conn's would call me to replace it.
