An example of the worst type of business, the worst type of business owner, and simply a shabby, morally dubious (at best) operation run by uncaring, useless and probably dishonest individuals. The only contact I've had from them is a confirmation of order on the day I ordered. I have e-mailed many times since, with no response whatsoever, and have repeatedly called, getting through to an answerphone that will not let you leave a message, but tells you to e-mail. Pathetic.
