product ordered on line 19th dec 09.Item shipping date on invoice 21 12 09 recieved goods on 30 12 09. Cancelled future supplies of item 07 01 10. A chg of £76.93 taken from my bank a/c on 11 01 09. This was advertised as a 14dy FREE TRIAL offer, when i rang to complain i was told that the free trial perod of 14dys began on the day the goods are ordered and not from the date the item is recieved. This is grossly unfair and misleading and i will be pursuing this complaint through every avenue possible until i get my money refunded read full review »
