After a devastating house fire, I received a $130 Amazon gift certificate from my friends. I was too distracted to focus on it until now. Now Amazon tells me the certificate is invalid. I received no warning that this might happen and certainly not that it was imminent. This means they have confiscated $130 from me and my friends. This is outright theft. I should receive a reinstatement of the $130 gift certificate, or, at the very least, a refund to my friends to so generously gave me the gift certificate. read full review »
