After a 30 trial offer...I canceled...this product didn't do a bit of good. I cancelled in June and did not recieve any futher credit card debits until December when an 85.31 charge showed up on my credit card. I got through to customer service who asked that I send a copy of my credit card statement to a fax number that did not work. I called my credit card company to contest the charges, since I've not been able to reach Toxi Sweep since. I should have known better...hope this helps save you! read full review »
