I had previously written that I was worried because the boots hadn't come over 2 weeks later. However, I did finally get them...their fake! Though they were ordered in the same size as our real uggs, the opening is too small for you to get you foot in. Other than that they are pretty good fakes I must say. So, I decided..oh well you live and learn and were just going to exchange them for a bigger size, but wouldnt you know it...you can only exchange them within 5 days, and only if its their fault. No exchanges on wrong size, color ect.. I will check the complaint board in the future for sure. Kim read full review »
