In Sept '09 we had our bookings cancelled at the Amazon Hotel in Athens. Book in Hotels apparently did not meet their obligations. We paid by credit card the previous November. They had our money for about 10 months and didn't bother to advise us of the cancellation until after we were due to book in. Luckily The Amazon Hotel had a room available and agreed to let us stay for the same rate that Book IN Hotels had specified.
