I wish to bring the following complaint for your kind information and early action. I have purchased a mobile phone Nokia N72 from the sales unit of Univercell, coimbatore on 22.10.2008 for Rs.7, 800.00. As I found the phone is not working which needs some repair and service. I have given to Nokia care service centre at coimbatore on 15-10-2009 within the warranty period.
