it is impossible to contact anyone either by telephone or fax, After confirmation number for hotel in barcelona, I did not get any hotel voucher for confirmation. hotel staff does not know anything about reservation. I wrote to the website contact to cancel, but I got no answer. It is as it does not exist anymore. I am afraid because if I do not cancel (but I have no proof of cancelation, because regular e-nail is returned as service disabled) on time, I will be charged for the entire sum (euro 550, 00)!! what can I do? read full review »
