RTO in Chennai is plagued by people not belonging to RTO staff. Mostly these are driving school members and brokers/ mediators. they misguide people and also pose hinderance to public. They are a literal nuisacne and are the reasons for unwanted delay of license issue and registrations. Request the concerned authority to take neccessary steps to help the public.
