According to their "terms and conditions" if a customer is unsatisfied with the product, you have 15 days from the ship date on the packaging to return it for a full refund. Once you contact them they will assign you a return merchandice authorizatiokn number RMA and you can ship back the product. However, the past 72 hours I have had email contact with them and they refuse to apply this condition. They keep saying "you must cancel within 15 days of placing your order".
