How is it possible that i could be charged ZAR 3.00 for call duration of 17 seconds. Before making the call to my friend, i checked my airtime balance. It was R35.77. I dialed the number, it rang, my friend picked up and i spoke but he could not hear me. I disconnected and tried ahgain. His number rang and he picked up again without hearing me. I decided to let it go and checked my airtime balance again to find R3.00 had been deducted. Please explain this to me.
