I am a filmmaker and wish to do an expose on this corrupt company. I have personal experience, having been trying to renegotiate my loan for a year, only to be treated like garbage. I have diligently submitted all requested documents for a loan modification. On several occasions they say they didn't receive all of the pages, so I refax and refax.
