Norton's customer service team regularly leave you waiting in the phone queue for an absurd amount of time. Lately I have been left on hold for 55 minutes and 45 minutes respectively before giving up, with the phone never having been answered. I finally got an e-mail address to complain to and have not had a reply in more than a month, despite four e-mails. Norton's anti-virus software seems adequate but their customer service is by far the worst I have encountered at any company. They make it extremely difficult to file complaints and they simply ignore them when they receive them. read full review »
