My parents have travelled from Manchester to Dubai and onto Sydney Australia without leaving the airport at dubai. They arrived in Sydney on Monday 11th January minus one of their bags. They have now been without their luggage for 3 days with no compensation having been given or any updates as to the whereabouts of their luggage and no definitive information regarding when they may get their bag back.
