Rogers wireless made the mistake of sending my account which had a zero balance to collections with Icor. Rogers emailed them retracting the collections and I faxed them proof that the account was at a zero balance since Nov 2009 which included all payment transaction details. Icor calls at all hours and are rude and unprofessional. I was told it may take up to 30 days for this to stop. Good thing my phone has an off button.
