I have a 1500 credit line on my Chase Credit Card. I made a purchase with this credit card for the amount of 1500. When I received a monthly statement I found that my balance is 1540.50 So I called to customer service and they told me that I was charged 1.50 finance and 39.00 OVERLIMIT charge on top of 1500. The conversation with a supervisor end up with her throwing "Have a nice day" and hanging up on me. I have 2 credit cards with Chase but I will be better without this scandalous bank. read full review »
