I had heard of complaints regarding Con's customer service but purchased a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher b/c the price was so good. Part of the savings involved a 12 month 0% interest financing option. When I made the purchase the employee explained that if I didn't pay of the balance within the 12 months interest (at 21%) would apply to the entire balance.
