I ordered their 24/7 antivirus removal. When I called for service they told me that I had to make an appointment a week later. When I questioned their 24/7 service and the reason for the delay the service rep became rude and condescending and hung up on me. When I tried to call back she hung up on me. I was finally able to get a refund but the experience was awful. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. read full review »
